In the current market situation, whether it will be restricted by certain factors, this is also a concern of many people in the hardware die-casting mold industry.
Although aluminum die-casting mold products are sold very well in China, it does not mean that they are sold well abroad, or the foreign market has its special needs and different consumption habits from the domestic market, which is also an indisputable fact. Luo Baihui, a domestic mold expert, believes that the main reasons restricting the development of China's current die-casting mold industry are: first, there are still many deficiencies in the use of raw materials in domestic die-casting molds; Second, the backwardness of technology is a very big obstacle to the development of China's die-casting mold industry; Third, the supporting system of China's die-casting mold industry is not perfect. These factors are the bottleneck that restricts the development of China's aluminum alloy die-casting mold industry, and China's aluminum die-casting mold industry can only occupy a place in the international market if it breaks through this bottleneck, and increases research and development efforts and constantly adjusts the development mode.
The first is the mold. Die-casting integration, all molds are manufactured by themselves, and they rarely make molds for other enterprises;
The second type of professional die-casting mold manufacturing, without die-casting;
The third is that there is only die-casting, and there is no mold manufacturing capacity;
There is a common phenomenon in various modes, whether it is a designer or a production personnel who do molds, basically rarely start from die-casting production, especially many die-casting mold manufacturing enterprises, there is no die-casting machine, the mold trial is outside the interview or at the customer's mold test, and the mold design and production personnel have few opportunities for die-casting contact.
With the intensification of the industrial division of labor, the gradual blurring of industrial boundaries, and the development of industrial intersection, the three industries should strengthen their contacts, learn from each other, and organically integrate the three into one to obtain greater development space.
