Production Process of Customized CNC-Machining-Parts:
Stage 1 Design and Preparation
In this stage, the design of the part needs to be completed first. Design engineers use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create a three-dimensional model of the part. This model must accurately reflect the actual size and shape of the part. After the design is completed, the engineer will convert the model into program code (G code) that the CNC machine tool can understand. Next, the appropriate raw materials need to be selected, cut, and prepared to ensure that the size and quality of the raw materials meet the processing requirements. Finally, the preparation of equipment and tools is also key to ensure that they are in good condition and can complete the intended task.
Stage 2: Machining and Manufacturing
The machining stage is the core of customized CNC-machining-parts products. In this stage, the prepared raw materials are installed on the CNC machine tool, and the program code will command the machine tool to perform cutting, milling, drilling, and other operations according to the design requirements. The machine tool's motion path, cutting speed, feed rate, etc. are all precisely controlled by the program to ensure that the size and surface quality of the part meet the design standards. During the machining process, the operator needs to monitor the operation status of the machine tool at all times to ensure that the machining process is carried out smoothly and adjust any possible deviations in time.
Stage 3: Inspection and Post-processing
After machining, the parts need to undergo rigorous quality inspection. This includes dimensional measurement, surface finish inspection, and functional testing to ensure that the parts meet the design specifications and quality standards. If problems are found, corrections or reprocessing may be required. Finally, post-processing of the customized CNC-machining-parts products is performed as needed, such as deburring, surface coating, or heat treatment, to improve the performance and durability of the parts. After completing these steps, the parts can be packaged and delivered.
